The Companies (Miscellaneous Reporting) Regulations 2018

These regulations introduce a requirement to include a section 172 (1) Companies Act 2006 statement in their annual reports (as part of the Strategic Report). This applies to reporting on years beginning 1 January 2019 onwards. You can find our section 172 statement for each relevant year below:
